Hey there!
My name's Bamtino.
I'll help walk you through the process of commissioning your furniture project. It's super easy and should (honestly!) take less than 4 minutes.

From one off pieces to commercial fit-outs, we'll get it made.
Start a Project!

Before we start, is this a real project or are you just having a browse? *

It's OK, we're curious too!

Yay! Let's start a new project!

We'll start with an easy one. What is your first name? *

Hello {{answer_11807328}}!

What is your surname?

Thanks {{answer_11807328}}.

What's a good contact number for you? *

Ok {{answer_11807328}}now that we're done with the introductions,
let's talk about your project!

Let's give your project a name: *

What's your budget for this project? *

Give us a rough (but realistic) number in New Zealand Dollars and we can help you out.

Do you have a deadline for this project?

Time to complete a project can vary with a number of factors:
e.g. material availability, project complexity, size, commercial or residential.

Do you want to upload a file to give more details on your project?

We recommend uploading images, PDFs, sketches or even 3D models to help our makers understand your needs. If you prefer, leave this blank and just add a link to photos or a Pinterest board in the project description below.

Awesome!
Did you want to upload another file?

You can upload up to three files. You can also zip files into one folder, or upload them to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox), then share the link.

Ok {{answer_11807328}}, let's do this again!

Finally, describe your project to me. *

(remember to use SHIFT+ ENTER for a new line)

Write as much as you want. Specify the dimensions, the texture, the colours. Show us links to websites or inspirational photo galleries on Pinterest. The more detail you include here, the fewer questions you'll need to answer later!

Good work!

One last thing... our Terms and Conditions.

-----------
Only post projects if you have genuine intent in getting the piece of furniture made (or tell us if you're just trying things out).

You're not bound to award the project if none of the quotes suit you, but Bamtino will be in touch if you’re a “repeat offender” of posting projects without getting anything made. It takes the makers a significant amount of time and effort to get quotes for your projects, so please keep that in mind.

Be realistic about your budget and requirements. If you’re unsure, please email us at hello@bamtino.com. We’re more than happy to help, always.

Make sure your project brief is as detailed as possible. Photos of similar projects that have inspired your vision are the most helpful. Please ensure you have the right to use these photos as Bamtino takes no responsibility for copyright infringement. Dimensions are key. Material preferences and finishes you like are great to include too. If you give more detail from the outset, you won’t need to answer as many questions from the makers.

Treat the makers and their craft with respect. They will treat you with the same respect and help you out if you're not too sure about technical/material specs.

We do everything possible to ensure our manufacturers are the best in the country. But ultimately, Bamtino takes no responsibility whatsoever for any furniture or projects created by any of the manufacturers or suppliers in our network. We're here to streamline the process of finding the best manufacturer for your project and the most competitive price possible. Your contract and payment for any commissioned furniture will be with the manufacturer, not Bamtino. It is your responsibility to choose a maker carefully and negotiate terms directly with that manufacturer. If you have any issues, or you would like to report a manufacturer that hasn't delivered to your expectations, please contact us. We will help you as best we can!

Have you read and do you agree to these terms and conditions?

Before you go... where did you hear about us?

This really does help us a lot =)

Thanks {{answer_11807328}}!

I'll be in touch once I've reviewed your {{answer_14608857}} project. From there, you'll be able to manage your project as well as the questions and quotes from makers. Easy!

Feel free to tell the world about us below and get your friends to create a project with me too.
